Senior Call Center Executives

Currently, Evolve is expanding its Call Centre activities and is on the lookout for young and dynamic individuals with confidence and energy to reach the high standards that we have set for ourselves.

You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and ensure all customers are given excellent service and support in order to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction which is the key to our success in the industry.

  • Age below 35 years
  • Passed G.C.E. (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L) Examinations
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales / Call center operations
  • Proficiency/Communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language will be an added advantage.
  • Expatriate Indian nationals living in Sri Lanka are encouraged to apply.
  • On-the-job training and operational product knowledge will be provided.
