QA Engineer

As QA Engineer, you will take ownership of the firm’s quality control. This will include managing the quality aspects of new software, developing and managing existing test plans, and automation frameworks. This is not a traditional QA role but will be a combination of business analyst thinking, UI usability, testing, and QA governance. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to push the boundaries and make use of the opportunities to learn new skills, processes, and tools. You will work with a close-knit team and will be expected to be an autonomous worker and analytical thinker, with a strong commitment to ensuring quality output.

• You need to think and act as an end-user of our products, who is internally representing our customers
• 1+ years QA experience with good skills in Functional, UI, and Regression testing capabilities
• A high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Work in a self-managed manner, Innovative and forward-thinking
• A solid practical understanding of Agile Software Quality Assurance and Software Engineering concepts
• Experience working with automation frameworks and automating functional test cases using Katalon, Selenium Web driver will be an added advantage
• Experience with performance testing using JMeter and SOAPIJI would be an added advantage
• Ability to work within deadlines individually and as a team. Ability to understand the importance of customer service
• Good written and verbal skills in English
• Experience in using JIRA TM4J and Katalon world be advantageous
• You will also be required to think out of the box, research on new trends, conceptualize ideas
