Canadian Call Center – Customer Support Executive

We are a Canada based company providing Call Center services to Canadian Clients 24/7 (Parent Company in Canada) which is ISO certified and has won the Top choice Janitorial services in Canada 2022. We are looking for experienced, dynamic, self-motivated, and qualified individuals to join our Sri Lankan team for the position of Customer Support Executives.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in Excel and any Customer support packages is a definite advantage.

• Preference will be given for those who have experience in Call Center / Customer service experience.

Salary
Negotiable

Working Hours
You are required to work on roster shift basis according to Eastern Time —Canada & U.S.
