Resident Immigration Consultants is a leading Immigration and the fast-growing Company based in Colombo, Battaramulla. We cater professionals and skilled employees for many countries including Student VISA for Europe Region.

The Job:

The person will be responsible to deal directly with clients to assist them with answer their queries, and find solutions to their issues. They may also create recommendations on best practices for handling different clients, and how to retain customers.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of G.C. E A/L.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Management or any another related field

• 01-02 years’ experience in Custom Care would be an added advantage.

• Should be tech savvy and up to date on modern tech trends.

• Proactive friendly and customer oriented.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala.

• Computer literacy. (MS word and Excel)

• Team Player.
