We are looking for a Customer Activation Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for verifying the KYC and activating the user accounts in our Call Center Department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Verified the customer KYC and activate the accounts.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow up on customers through calls where necessary.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Comply with other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
You must have:
- Passed GCG O/L & A/L Examination.
- Minimum 6 months experience in the call center/ KYC approval field.
- Flexible to working on weekends, holidays, and extended work hours (if needed).
- Must be willing to work both offices and work from home.
- Preferably between 20-28 years.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala.
- Basic IT knowledge- MS office.
