We are looking for a Customer Activation Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for verifying the KYC and activating the user accounts in our Call Center Department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Verified the customer KYC and activate the accounts.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up on customers through calls where necessary.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Comply with other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

You must have:

  • Passed GCG O/L & A/L Examination.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the call center/ KYC approval field.
  • Flexible to working on weekends, holidays, and extended work hours (if needed).
  • Must be willing to work both offices and work from home.
  • Preferably between 20-28 years.
  • Good communication skills in Sinhala.
  • Basic IT knowledge- MS office.
