Coho is a food delivery startup that specializes in cookies. We’re a lean and rapidly growing startup that is looking for energetic individuals that have a passion for desserts and great customer service. This role is full-time and is located at 6 1/1 Clifford Avenue, Colombo 3.
• Maintain a high response rate for customer inquiries coming in via chat and phone calls
• Processing and fulfilling online orders
• Work together with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners for seamless delivery operations
• 3+ years experience with direct-to-consumer customer support
• Applicant needs to be an exceptional communicator in English & Sinhala
• Strong sense of time management and ability to handle pressure & multitask
• Passionate about helping others
• Loves to take on new challenges and is open to doing whatever is needed for the team
• Rs.25,000 – Rs.45,000 in monthly compensation, based on experience
• 50 hours per week. 8 days off per month. Flexible scheduling.
• Will be required to commute to and from work.
