Chinese Chef

We are seeking an exceptional individual for the above position and invite applications from competent individuals.
 
The ideal candidate should possess:

• Exceptional knowledge in preparation of authentic Chinese cuisines.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality trade, of which at least 2 years should have been in a Star class hotel.
• Advanced skills and efficiency with innovative & creativity skills in Chinese food preparation.
• The ability to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards including ISO 22000 & HACCP.
• Special knowledge in modern trends in culinary practices.
• Good working knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• A team player driven by new challenges with a high level of flexibility.
