The Responsibilities & Skills:
- Establish & follow up the quality standards and procedures in the company.
- Ensure the project delivery processes are in compliance with ISO standards.
- Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards.
- Recommendations to company management on ways to improve on existing quality processes.
- Supervise the technicians, inspectors and other company staff to ensure that they are performing in line
- with established quality procedures.
- Ensure teams involved in project operations are following the company’s standards and procedures.
- Regular reporting to key stakeholders on quality performance.
- Ownership of the defect management process and provide recommendations to improve quality.
- Performing random technical testing and conducting HSE audits onsite.
Qualifications:
- Good communicator with sound problem solving and presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge on environmental, health, safety and risk management standards.
- More than 4-year experience in telecommunication industry.
- Should be completed NVQ level 5 / IVQ level 5 qualification in telecommunication.
- Experience on ISO standards will be an added advantage.
