Engineer – Managed Services
What are we looking for?
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues and cater service request
• Ability to work On-Call/ 24*7 roster work model for a period of 1-year minimum.
• Monitoring and Tracking application/platforms/system for issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Maintain and work on SMT or similar way to maintain incident/problem/CR/SR and other artifacts
• Analysis of issues in Problem Management
• Incident and service request-related customer communication
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal/external teams
• Maintain knowledge repositories (SOP, WI, KB Articles, whitepapers, etc… ) and deliver knowledge share sessions
• Identify and raised Risks and Dependencies
