Systems & Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, system software, application software, and all configurations
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components
• Provide information security awareness training to the employees of the organization
• Create and manage security strategies
• Oversee information security audits, whether performed by an organization or third party individuals
• Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements, and major changes to the information security environment
• Serve as a focal point of contact for the information security
• Overlook and monitor the entire network, security & system administration process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in IT or Computer Science
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud computing service EC2 and S3
• Experience in Handling Microsoft and Linux based operating systems and services
• Experience in Middleware (Nginx, Apache, and .NET Core)
• Experience in Microsoft AD
• Database (Mysql, Postgresql)
• Analyzing and resolving end-user workstation problem
• Good understanding of Firewalls, networking, and security
• Good understanding of GDPR compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
