Client Services Executive
Job Role
• Supporting & maintaining effective communication & relationship between reputed clients & users from the UK, USA & other countries
• Acting as the mediator to provide an exceptional level of service, client support & assistance to the users of the system
• Diagnosing and providing timely resolution on incoming client calls and emails
• Providing case status updates to the Management and end-users
• Developing documents and implementing standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to the information system
• Collaborating with other team members on planning and executing progress meetings and special working meetings to communicate information, obtain updates, and resolve issues
Requirement
- Excellent written, oral communication skills (English)
- Excellent computer skills
- Problem-solving and analyzing skills
- Flexible personality
- Age less than 28 years
