We are a multinational company headquartered in Singapore with our own representation in over 20 countries globally involved in International Trade. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic and have an outgoing personality to join our Customer Service Team in Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills

• Competent written & verbal communication in English
• Pleasing & outgoing personality with the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of E-mail/internet & Microsoft Office packages

Job Description

• Visiting Customers & Obtaining New Business
• Client servicing & Business Development
• Interaction with customers & global principles to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about service

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of work experience in logistics /supply chain management in customer service is mandatory
