Legal Officer

Immigration Consultants is a leading Immigration and the fast-growing Company based in Colombo, Battaramula. We cater professionals and skilled employees for many countries including Student VISA for Europe Region.

The job
The person will be responsible to facilitate the legal division and act as the Legal Officer responsible to handle the entire spectrum of legal & related functions of the company, mainly covering – drafting/finalizing contracts, coordinate with external and internal parties and research and provide advice on legal matters including regulatory advice, handling coordinating and advising on litigations and labour related legal matters, etc. The Legal Officer shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines.

Qualifications
• An attorney-at-Law with 05 Years of professional experience in the cooperate sector.

• Masters of Laws (LLM) would be an added advantage.

• Registered Company Secretary, Notary Public, and Commissioner for Oaths.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhala.

• Computer literacy. (MS word and Excel)

• Team Player
