Civil Engineer / Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a building construction project and you will organize and oversee construction proredures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a school construction project of Asoka Collage which is managed and maintain by Society of Vidyarathna , Horana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management – to meet the project timeline while maintaining optimum quality and cost Coordinate with architect, contractor, Government authorities and other stakeholders to achieve project timeline

• Supervise the progress of the project and take relevant action to adhere to the timeline

• Managing site operations related to construction project

Key Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute

• Should have minimum 25 years’ experience in similar capacity

• Experience in project management would be an added advantage

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• There is no age limitation, even retired engineers are welcome to apply
