Basic Job Functions:

  • Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
  • Following up for customer payments with relevant sales officials.
  • Filing and managing credit documentaries.
  • Providing accounts information to internal departments.
  • Sharing payment receipts with customers and sales team upon payments CHQ / Online.
  • Preparing accounts statements & collection reports.
  • Arranging and sending payment reminder letters on unpaid customers.

Qualifications:

  • Part qualified or perusing a professional qualification (AAT/CMA/CIMA etc.)
  • 1 to 2 year of experience is preferred. (Fresh applicants will also be considered).
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge in MS office applications.
