Basic Job Functions:
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment.
- Following up for customer payments with relevant sales officials.
- Filing and managing credit documentaries.
- Providing accounts information to internal departments.
- Sharing payment receipts with customers and sales team upon payments CHQ / Online.
- Preparing accounts statements & collection reports.
- Arranging and sending payment reminder letters on unpaid customers.
Qualifications:
- Part qualified or perusing a professional qualification (AAT/CMA/CIMA etc.)
- 1 to 2 year of experience is preferred. (Fresh applicants will also be considered).
- Ability to work as a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in MS office applications.
