Call Center Executive

Join our highly talented sales team to contact our vast customer base in India, Middle East & Africa.

Remuneration Package Basic Salary + Attendance bonuses and Commissions exceeding Rs. 75,000. (Incentives pegged to USD)

Responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls

• Handling customer queries & customer support

• Build sustainable relationships & engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Meet Personal/Team qualitative & quantitative targets

Qualifications

• Candidates should be between 18-35 years

• Posses good communication skills in English plus one or more other languages (Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu)

• “Expat Indians” in Sri Lanka are also encourage to apply

• Previous experience in similar field will be an added advantage

*working hours 11.00 AM – 8.00 PM.
