Job Role:

As a Field customer Support Executive/Technician you will Be a part of our talented technical Team to offer services to corporate level customers on site.
Location: Colombo

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT Equipment( Specially —Notebook/Tabs PCs

• Good Knowledge and understand on IT Products /Technologies (Hardware, Software and Network)

• Higher Diploma/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized University/institute or equivalent professional Qualification

• 1-2 Years experience in similar role

• Must possess Excellent Communication skills and Customer service skills
