Responsibilities
- Understanding requirement and technical reference documents, charts, and diagrams
- Understanding, troubleshooting, and differentiating defects and requirements
- Responsible for on-time delivery and timely escalations/ update of risks, issues, status, and exemptions to, leadership
- Effective communication with the team, covering all aspects of team needs
- Maintaining high team morale
- Working under minimum supervision
Qualifications
- Undergraduate undertaking education in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Knowledge of software quality assurance and testing
- Knowledge of software development and the software development life cycle
- Knowledge of automation tools would be an advantage
- Automation testing skills
- Hands-on programming experience in Java or a similar OOP language would be a plus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS Javascript
- Awareness of agile development practices
- Good analytical skills, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
