Quantity Surveyor

We, Thejasa Homes (Pvt)Ltd., located at Kelaniya, are a construction company engaged in housing projects, warehouses, office buildings, hotels, etc. seeking self-motivated, dynamic, and ambitious individuals to join with us for the below-mentioned positions.

The Candidate should possess:

• Diploma in QS/NCT-QS or equivalent from a recognized institute.
• 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed company.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, Quotations, interim payment application (IPA), and Variations.
• Preparation Sub-Contractor Bills.
• Computer Literacy in MS Office, Auto CAD, and other related software.
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
