Assistant Manager – Human Resources

The ideal candidate should possess a full/part qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar position with below mentioned JD at a mercantile establishment.

Hands on experience in talent sourcing, performance management, training and development, industrial relations and driving employee engagement activities with a good understanding of the end-to-end HR processes and applicable systems, procedures.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and work under tight deadlines.

Applicants should be not more than 30 years of age, be able adjust to flexible working schedules and be available to report work with two weeks’ notice.
